To use Políglota AI, you must:

• Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Free Tier: We offer a free forever plan with limited features.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@poliglota.ai within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Scrape or extract data from our platform

Our Content: All content provided by Políglota AI (lessons, algorithms, designs) remains our property.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (flashcards, notes). You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

Third-Party Content: Content from external sources (YouTube, Netflix) remains property of respective owners.

While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is verified by multiple models and native speakers
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of all content
• Language learning effectiveness varies by individual
• We are not responsible for misunderstandings from AI translations
